Whether you are new to the industry or looking to refresh your knowledge, the Level 2 Care Certificate could be the Catalyst you are looking for. Throughout this course you will gain essential knowledge and skills to support you, in topics such as safeguarding, duty of care, person-centred approaches and many more and it will strengthen your current understanding of your role and responsibilities.

You could work in a variety of specialist areas such as learning disability, mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, homecare, dementia and end-of-life care. This qualification will require a workplace observation and completion of workbooks which will cover the following units:
